It’s been a while since I posted about my fitness. March 15th to be exact, and you can find the post here where I describe my workout routine. I’ve actually been keeping it up. In May, I took a break from lifting and ran 4 times a week to get some cardio, but I’ve been back to lifting since then and I’ve broken all of my personal lifting records.

Here’s what I’m up to:

Bench press 5×5 @ 145 lbs

Leg press 5×5 @ 225 lbs

French press 3×12 @ 65 lbs

Military press 5×5 @ 100 lbs

Leg extension 5×12 @ 130 lbs

Leg curls 5×12 @ 100 lbs

Barbell Curls 3×10 @ 60 lbs

Flies 3×10 @ 135 lbs

Tricep extensions 3×10 @ 55 lbs

I just recently switched up my rows. I didn’t like the machine I was on so now I’m doing dumbell rows with one knee on the bench. 3×10 @ 35 lbs.  I sporadically do dips, pull ups,  chin ups, and lower back extensions as well.

I am thrilled with my progress I’ve made. My biceps grew an inch, my chest grew two inches. I’ll put up some progress pics later. I still have a long ways to go before I hit my goals though.
