When other people are aware of your workout goals and progress, you will be more likely to stick to them. Especially if people call you out on skipping sessions. If you would like to be added to this list, send me a message on reddit or email me at [email protected] with your reddit username and a link to a Google doc where we can keep track of your progress. In Google, click share and select “Anyone with a link can View”.
